Policy Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all orders and Flex & Catch Duster products purchased from Ocedarusshop. It aims to standardize the rules of refund and return services, protect legitimate customer rights, and ensure fair and standardized transaction processing for all users.
Eligibility for Refund
Customers are eligible to apply for a full or partial refund if the received products have manufacturing defects, damage caused during transportation, missing accessories, or obvious functional abnormalities that affect normal use. Refund applications due to non-human quality problems will be reviewed and processed preferentially by our team.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be accepted for problems caused by improper manual operation, private modification of product structure, artificial damage, long-term excessive wear and tear, and normal consumption of wearing parts. Refund applications initiated after exceeding the valid application period will not be approved either.
Refund Application Period
All valid refund and return applications need to be submitted within the specified valid period after customers receive the products. Customers shall check the product integrity and functions in a timely manner after receiving the goods to ensure timely feedback of abnormal problems.
Application Process
To apply for a refund, customers need to send a valid application via our official email with detailed order information, product problem description, and corresponding picture or video proof materials. Our customer service team will verify the application content within the standard response time and feed back the processing result.
Product Return Regulations
For returnable refund orders, customers need to ensure that the returned products retain original accessories and complete packaging as far as possible, without additional artificial damage. We will confirm the product status after receiving the returned goods and complete the final refund settlement.
Refund Processing Time
After the refund application is fully verified and approved, we will initiate the refund procedure. The actual arrival time of the refund funds depends on the processing rules of the customer’s payment channel and bank institution, and we will actively follow up on the progress of fund settlement.
Order Cancellation Rules
Customers can apply for order cancellation and full refund before the order is officially shipped. Once the goods have been dispatched and entered the logistics transportation process, the order cannot be cancelled arbitrarily, and relevant return and refund procedures shall be followed.
